As Digital Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing digital marketing strategies to promote our real estate services, increase brand awareness, and drive lead generation through various online channels.
Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing campaigns aligned with company objectives to promote real estate services across various online platforms (website, social media, email, etc.).
- Focus on lead generation strategies, including but not limited to creating and implementing lead magnets, optimizing landing pages, and managing lead nurturing campaigns.
- Create engaging and SEO-optimized content for the company’s website, blog posts, social media, and other digital channels to attract and engage potential clients.
- Manage and optimize social media accounts (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter) to increase followers, engagement, and lead generation.
- Utilize digital advertising platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.) to execute paid advertising campaigns, monitor performance, and optimize for ROI.
- Conduct market research and stay updated on industry trends to identify new digital marketing opportunities and implement innovative strategies.
- Monitor website analytics, track key performance metrics, and generate reports to evaluate the effectiveness of digital marketing efforts.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, design, and content, to ensure marketing campaigns are cohesive and aligned with business goals.
- Stay current with digital marketing best practices, tools, and technologies to enhance the company’s online presence and competitiveness.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven work experience in digital marketing, preferably in the real estate industry.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms (Google Analytics, SEO tools, social media management tools, etc.).
- Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, email marketing, social media marketing, and content marketing principles.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to create compelling and persuasive content.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, generate insights, and make data-driven decisions.
- Creative thinking and the ability to develop innovative marketing strategies.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
