Reports to: Head of Marketing / Project Manager
Role Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Marketing Manager to join our Exhibitions Department. This role will support the development and implementation of innovative marketing strategies and campaigns across a diverse portfolio of regional and international exhibitions. You will collaborate closely with the sales and project teams to elevate the visibility, engagement, and success of our events.
Key Responsibilities:
Marketing Strategy & Planning (10%)
- Collaborate with the sales team to design and execute strategic marketing and communications plans for each exhibition.
- Establish clear policies, procedures, and best practices to streamline marketing operations.
Campaign Execution & Support (10%)
- Develop and implement creative marketing campaigns and tools to promote exhibitions.
- Support project and sales managers in creating compelling pitches for corporate sponsorships.
Marketing Collateral Development (10%)
- Coordinate the production of all marketing materials in partnership with project managers.
- Support the enhancement of exhibitions through data-driven insights, research, and added-value offerings such as conferences, gala dinners, and awards ceremonies.
Agency & Vendor Management (5%)
- Identify, negotiate, and manage external agencies including design, PR, photography, media, and print services.
- Conduct market research to identify opportunities for new shows and audience segments.
Event Marketing & Onsite Coordination (10%)
- Lead and manage all on-site marketing activities during exhibitions, including press conferences, media relations, and press days.
Database Management & Research (15%)
- Maintain and grow marketing databases through research and segmentation.
- Develop and implement department-wide data management procedures.
Branding & Quality Assurance (45%)
- Ensure all marketing collateral is professionally developed, aligns with brand identity, and upholds exhibition and corporate guidelines.
- Monitor and enforce adherence to identity standards by both internal teams and external agencies.
Other Duties
Perform additional tasks and responsibilities as assigned to support the success of the exhibitions and marketing team.
Ideal Candidate:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in marketing within the events, exhibitions, or hospitality sector.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Excellent communication and copywriting abilities.
- Fluent in English and Serbian (written and spoken); Arabic is a plus.
- Proficiency in CRM and marketing automation tools is advantageous.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
