Role Overview:
We are seeking a strategic and visionary VP of Digital Marketing to lead the digital transformation of our marketing function. This role is central to shaping the brand’s online presence, enhancing digital engagement, and driving qualified leads and conversions across all digital channels. You’ll oversee the development and execution of high-impact digital campaigns, optimize the customer journey, and position our developments as the preferred choice in a competitive market.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategy & Leadership
- Define and execute a comprehensive digital marketing and social media strategy aligned with business goals.
- Drive online brand awareness, lead generation, and customer acquisition through innovative and data-driven campaigns.
- Build and evolve a robust framework for the brand’s social media presence, ensuring consistent tone, engagement, and alignment with brand values.
- Customer Experience & Market Insights
- Improve customer relations and engagement through targeted content, community management, and digital touchpoints.
- Evaluate the end-to-end customer experience across digital platforms, identifying friction points and optimizing conversion funnels.
- Lead market intelligence efforts by gathering, analyzing, and reporting on trends, customer behavior, and competitive activity.
- Campaign Development & Execution
- Oversee all digital campaigns across SEO/SEM, email, social, web, and display advertising.
- Manage digital performance reporting, continuously measuring against KPIs and ROI targets.
- Identify critical conversion and drop-off points and implement strategies to improve user flow and engagement.
- Budgeting & Resource Management
- Prepare and manage annual digital marketing budgets, control expenditures, and analyze variances to ensure financial efficiency.
- Collaborate with performance agencies and media partners to drive campaign excellence and measurable outcomes.
- Innovation & Optimization
- Brainstorm and lead the implementation of creative growth strategies across digital platforms.
- Ensure alignment with corporate communication guidelines and brand standards in all digital output.
- Leverage emerging technologies, tools, and partnerships to enhance the impact of digital marketing efforts.
About You
Experience:
- 10+ years of progressive experience in digital marketing and marketing communications.
- 2+ years in a managerial or leadership role.
- Experience working with large global clients agency side
Expertise:
- Deep understanding of digital ecosystems, including SEO/SEM, CRM, affiliate marketing, and content strategy.
- Experience managing external digital media performance agencies and internal cross-functional teams.
Skills:
- Highly creative with the ability to craft engaging campaigns that resonate with target audiences.
- Proficient in digital analytics, market research, and performance reporting.
- Strong project management and stakeholder communication skills.
- Skilled in building partnerships with digital platforms and lead generation networks.
