My client are a leading company specializing in UK property development, offering exceptional investment opportunities to clients based in Dubai. With a focus on premium residential and commercial properties, we aim to provide clients with lucrative, secure, and future-proof investment options in the thriving UK property market.

Role Overview: The company are seeking a dynamic and driven Business Development Executive to join their growing team in Dubai. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales and establishing relationships with potential investors interested in UK property developments. You’ll leverage your expertise in real estate and your proficiency in Chinese to support a diverse range of clients seeking top-tier property investment opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement business development strategies to target potential investors and clients interested in UK property development.
  • Cultivate relationships with new and existing clients, including high-net-worth individuals, corporate investors, and institutional clients.
  • Conduct market research to identify new opportunities in the UK property market and understand investor needs.
  • Present property development projects to clients, clearly communicating the investment benefits and opportunities available.
  • Negotiate and close deals, ensuring excellent customer service throughout the sales process.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of UK property laws, regulations, and market trends to provide clients with informed advice.
  • Provide support and guidance to clients post-sale, ensuring long-term relationships and continued success.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in business development or sales, preferably within the real estate sector.
  • Fluency in Mandarin (both spoken and written) is essential for communicating with the client base.
  • A deep understanding of UK property markets and the ability to identify profitable investment opportunities.
  • Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Knowledge of Dubai’s real estate market and its cross-border investment opportunities is a plus.
