Channel Account Manager (Data & Application Security Solutions) – Vendor
Are you an experienced channel leader ready to drive growth across the Middle East? My client a leading global security vendor is looking for a Channel Account Manager to lead and expand their partner ecosystem across the Middle East.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a robust channel strategy to drive partner performance and regional growth.
- Identify partner coverage gaps and lead targeted recruitment initiatives.
- Build strategic business plans with key partners, securing executive buy-in and commitment.
- Enable the partner community to sell advanced cybersecurity solutions through tailored training and certification support.
- Work cross-functionally with marketing to launch joint go-to-market campaigns.
- Support joint end-user engagements and facilitate executive-level relationships.
- Monitor partner performance, maintaining clear communication with internal stakeholders via reports, forecasts, and progress updates.
- Ensure adherence to certification and program requirements within the channel.
- Serve as a key liaison between partners and internal functions such as technical support, training, customer service, legal, and finance.
Requirements:
- At least 10 experience in channel management within the cybersecurity industry
- Proven track record managing partners across the Middle East
- Strong business acumen and commercial mindset
- Skilled in solution selling and developing strategic alliances
- Excellent relationship management and leadership skills
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field
