Deputy General Manager (PFC)

Job Responsibilities:

• Support the GM in developing long-term business plans and strategies aligned with company goals.
• Drive sales operations to achieve company sales goals and enhance profitability.
• Ensure high levels of service and quality to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
• Manage sales budgets and take necessary actions to address variances.
• Assist in directing all aspects of business operations, including sales, purchasing, manufacturing, and customer service.
• Monitor and control operational aspects such as revenue growth, profitability, quality, and compliance.
• Collaborate with the GM to develop a competent and high-performing workforce.
• Work closely with the Plant Manager to manage operational activities and working capital effectively.
• Provide timely information to corporate personnel and fulfill reporting requirements.
