Are you passionate about building strategic partnerships and navigating complex enterprise ecosystems? My client a leading vendor is looking for a Key Account Manager in Riyadh to take the lead on one of the most high-profile customer accounts in the Kingdom – a role that blends customer intimacy, growth strategy, and cross-functional leadership.

In this position, you will be the trusted advisor and strategic partner to the largest Oil & Gas account helping to shape their digital transformation through innovative cybersecurity and identity solutions.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the account strategy across all business lines and services, aligning customer vision with internal stakeholders.
  • Develop and execute a tailored, dynamic growth plan in partnership with the customer.
  • Build deep, multi-level relationships to foster long-term trust and partnership.
  • Act as the single point of accountability for customer satisfaction at the executive level.
  • Identify and drive strategic initiatives that go beyond the day-to-day pipeline.
  • Collaborate with marketing, project delivery, engineering, and commercial teams to ensure seamless execution.
  • Coordinate and steer internal account teams across various geographies and disciplines.

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of experience in strategic/key account management.
  • Strong background in cybersecurity or digital identity.
  • You must have strong existing connections within ARAMCO for this position.
  • Excellent understanding of the local business and regulatory environment.
  • Proven ability to lead complex stakeholder environments, including cross-functional and executive-level engagement.
  • Saudi National is preferred.
