Relationship Manager – Property Development

My client are a leading property development company that specialize in residential projects. They are looking to recruita Relationship Manager, who will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, stakeholders and partners.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
• Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions to enhance their experience.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle.
• Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and project management, to ensure seamless client communication and project delivery.
• Facilitate meetings and presentations with clients to provide project updates and gather feedback.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in client relationship management, preferably in the real estate sector.
• Strong understanding of real estate development processes and market dynamics.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software
