Senior Conference Producer

My client, a leading global events company is seeking a highly motivated and individual to join their team as a Senior Conference Producer for prestigious conferences in the MEA region.

You will be constructing detailed programs with expert speakers, conducting market research, and liaising with the Sales and Marketing teams to drive delegate growth and content quality!

Responsibilities of the job:

• Create industry-relevant conference programs with expert speakers and engage with speakers and ensure their attendance at events.
• Collaborate with professionals, institutions, and companies to develop compelling conference programs as well as networking with speakers, exhibitors, and delegates with a target number of meetings per event day.
• Maintain an up-to-date speaker database as well as conducting post-show analyses.
• Work alongside the sponsorship team by providing leads and attending sales meetings as needed.
• Produce new conference ideas and program content through meetings and research.
• Collaborate with internal teams enhance the conference portfolio, suggesting new conference tracks for events.
• Boost relationships with industry experts to develop conference topics and secure speakers.
• Explore additional ways to attract delegates, such as workshops etc.
• Provide hands on support with on-site duties during the event.

Ideal candidate:

• You must have previous experience in conference production for large scale events for these positions.
• Strong commercial awareness and research skills!
• Copywriting abilities and familiarity with brand and market dynamics.
• You must have knowledge of related industries/events and conference production experience.
• Ability to lead a team.
• Be willing to relocate to Riyadh – full relocation support is provided.
