Assistant Manager – UAE National

Salary up to AED 27,000 + bonus & great benefits!

I am currently partnered with a renowned events company, who is globally recognized for organizing the largest events across the Middle East – in this role you will lead and execute business development strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Promote conferences & venues.
• Create materials for all sales promotions as well as generating ideas that enhance visitor engagement.
• Continuously expand and enhance the database.
• Reach out to government organizations to explore current and potential markets for exhibitors.
• Identify and develop sponsorship and non-space revenue opportunities.
• Manage a team of successful sales employees as well as monitor and track team sales progress and performance.

Qualifications:

• At least 4 years sales experience in the events industry.
• You must have extensive knowledge of the exhibition industry for this position.
• You MUST be a UAE National for this position.
