Channel Sales Specialist

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a skilled Retail Channel Sales Specialist to join a pioneering travel-tech company that is transforming the telecom industry through eSIM technology. This remote role plays a crucial part in expanding their retail and traditional telecom sales channels across Saudi Arabia.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the Channel Sales Manager and team to strategize and implement the retail distribution plan.
• Conduct market research to create a comprehensive distribution roadmap, identifying key travel and telecom retail locations.
• Onboard new partners, ensuring robust support and fostering long-lasting relationships with store managers and owners.
• Enhance visibility and brand awareness at points of sale through effective merchandising and retailer education programs.
• Analyze competitors and refine the retail distribution strategy, maintaining the company’s position as a preferred partner.
• Collaborate with various internal and external stakeholders to successfully execute projects and opportunities.
• Track and report on monthly, quarterly, and annual objectives and key results (OKRs) for the channel.

Requirements:

• A minimum of 4 years of experience in retail channel sales or business development within the travel or telecom sectors.
• Strong familiarity with the retail landscape in Saudi Arabia, particularly in travel and telecom.
• Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders across the channel.
• Excellent storytelling skills with a knack for consultative and solution-based selling.
• Proficiency in sales and partnership tools, along with exceptional verbal and written communication skills in both English and Arabic.
