Role:
As a Customer Success Manager, you will play a critical role in ensuring the successful implementation and ongoing support of the company’s innovative products in K12 schools. You will be the primary point of contact for clients, providing exceptional service, solving problems, and driving customer satisfaction, upsells and retention.
Responsibilities:
- Act as the main point of contact for K12 schools across the UAE, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Provide expert guidance and support to clients during the implementation and adoption of the company’s products.
- Identify and resolve any issues or challenges faced by clients, demonstrating a proactive and problem-solving attitude.
- Collaborate with the sales and product teams to relay customer feedback and suggest improvements.
- Conduct training sessions and workshops to ensure clients are well-versed in using the product effectively.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in K12 schools to foster long-term partnerships.
- Monitor and analyze customer usage data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Education, or a related field.
- Proven experience in a customer success, account management, or similar role, preferably within the edtech or technology sector.
- Strong understanding of the K12 education sector and its challenges.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Commercially minded with a strong focus on delivering outstanding service.
- Problem-solving mindset with a proactive and ‘can do’ attitude.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to travel within the UAE as required.
