Regional Director – Cyber Security Consultancy

Our client is a multinational cyber security consultancy who are expanding in the Middle East. Their office is set up in the region and they are looking for someone to head up the region and be the first person to build their new team here.

You will have part of the P&L responsibility and will be hiring a talented, sales focused team.

This role requires a strong leader to build the brand and maximise existing relationships with clients and partners, whilst on boarding new customers.

Not for the faint hearted, this position means you have to role your sleeves up and develop every aspect of the business from management, finances, sales, attending marketing events and more.

The Regional Director will have experience selling cyber security services. Candidates who have experience selling software/hardware only would not be considered.

Skills required:

• It is essential to have experience selling IT Security in UAE
• Proven experience managing and driving sales teams in cyber-security
• Experience selling cyber security services
• A strong rolodex of local contacts for potential customers / partners
• Strong business acumen and emotional intelligence to build a solid team
• Fluent Arabic speaker is a bonus
• Tenacious and the drive to build a multinational brand in the region
