My client are a leading property development company that specialize in residential projects. They are looking to recruit a Sales Manager, based in Dubai to lead their sales team in driving revenue and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company revenue goals.
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to drive performance and exceed targets.
  • Identify potential clients and market opportunities through networking and industry research.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Conduct market analysis to stay ahead of industry trends and competitor activities.
  • Prepare sales forecasts and reports to track performance metrics and identify areas for improvement.
