Sales Account Manager – Cybersecurity Solutions & Services

I am currently partnered with a well established system integrator based in Riyadh. In this role you will be managing a strong portfolio of various cybersecurity solutions & services.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business objectives, challenges, and IT requirements.
• Act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing strategic guidance on IT solutions and services.
• Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, technical, and support departments, to deliver tailored solutions that meet client needs and exceed expectations.
• Drive revenue growth by identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing client accounts.
• Prepare and present proposals, contracts, and service agreements to clients, ensuring alignment with their business goals and objectives.
• Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams, ensuring clear communication and alignment on project timelines, deliverables, and expectations.

Requirements:

• You must have a strong understanding of various cybersecurity solutions & service.
• Strong B2C selling experience. The ideal candidate will have experience working for a system integrator.
• The ideal candidate will have existing strong relationships with clients across the Kingdom.
• Strong connections within commercial SMB & enterprise clients.
