Authorized Service Provider Manager

Duties and Responsibilities:

●Monitoring ASPs to ensure compliance with company policies.
●Attending company meetings and setting the ASP’s responsibilities.
●Developing and sustaining long-standing relationships with company-approved ASP.
●Meeting with ASPs to assess their service and capacity, inquiring about their services, negotiating pricing, SLA / goals, and communicating any service-related concerns.
●Scoping market and conducting research on available ASPs to determine which ASP offers the best pricing and service quality.
●Continually monitoring operational trends to determine demand and forecasting.
●Discussing company SOP’s and illustrating with selected ASPs their responsibilities and obligations.
●Establishing standards by which to assess the performance of ASP’s.
●Assessing & evaluating current service providers’ performance, existing management programs SOP’s, and identifying ways to improve them.
●Managing service providers billing and disbursements.

Key Competencies/Skills:

●Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, marketing, business administration, or a related field.
●3-5 Years proven experience working in Service Providers management, vendor management, accounts management or a similar field with strong contract negotiation experience.
●Good knowledge of consumer electronic products.

●Detail-oriented and adept at negotiating contracts.
●Ability to multitask effectively.
●Strong negotiation, management, and decision-making skills.
●Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
●Effective written and verbal communication skills.
●Fluent in English and Arabic.
●Strong leadership and team influencing skills for direct or indirect reports.
●Able to communicate clearly with stakeholders at all levels.
●Ability to travel locally within KSA for work assignments.
