Responsibilities:
- Deliver tailored product demonstrations for customers, prospects, and partners.
- Stay up to date on industry trends and tech advancements, representing the company at forums, networking events etc.
- Foster strategic partnerships and long term business relationships.
- Collaborate with internal teams to drive customer feedback and innovation.
- Support with managing the largest accounts across Saudi.
- Oversee the transition from sales to implementation, ensuring client satisfaction
Requirements:
- You must have over 10+ years experience in presales positions.
- Deep understanding of sales support processes and customer management practices.
- Strong knowledge of the cyber landscape to be able to discuss industry trends with a key focus on information security.
- You must have a strong tech commercial acumen as well as a strong understanding of IT security.
- Customer mindset with a focus on collaboration and initiative.
- The ideal candidate will have experience working for a cybersecurity vendor that is also heavily focused on AI.
