Presales Director – Cybersecurity

My client a growing global business backed by a government wealth fund is looking for an inspiring leader to drive innovation and growth!

Responsibilities:

• Deliver tailored product demonstrations for customers, prospects, and partners.
• Stay up to date on industry trends and tech advancements, representing the company at forums, networking events etc.
• Foster strategic partnerships and long term business relationships.
• Collaborate with internal teams to drive customer feedback and innovation.
• Support with managing the largest accounts across Saudi.
• Oversee the transition from sales to implementation, ensuring client satisfaction

Requirements:

• You must have over 10+ years experience in presales positions.
• Deep understanding of sales support processes and customer management practices.
• Strong knowledge of the cyber landscape to be able to discuss industry trends with a key focus on information security.
• You must have a strong tech commercial acumen as well as a strong understanding of IT security.
• Customer mindset with a focus on collaboration and initiative.
• The ideal candidate will have experience working for a cybersecurity vendor that is also heavily focused on AI.
