Senior Consultant Cybersecurity GRC

Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Senior Consultant / Manager specializing in Cybersecurity Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience in GRC within Saudi Arabia and deep knowledge of local regulations and requirements. This role demands an Arabic speaker with a demonstrated track record in leading compliance, risk management, and cyber operations within the cybersecurity landscape.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct cybersecurity compliance assessments against the National Cybersecurity Authority (NCA) standards
• Lead cyber maturity assessments to evaluate and improve the organization’s cybersecurity posture
• Execute cyber risk assessments to identify and mitigate potential threats
• Develop and manage Request for Proposals (RFPs) to align with cybersecurity and business objectives
• Provide expert support in cybersecurity roadmap implementation
• Review, update, and maintain cyber policies, standards, and procedures to ensure compliance and efficacy
• Oversee policy implementation to ensure adherence to best practices and regulatory requirements
• Assist and support cyber operations to enhance cybersecurity measures and maintain business continuityQualifications:
• Fluent in Arabic with strong communication skills, both written and spoken
• 10+ years of experience in Cybersecurity GRC, with a proven record in Saudi Arabia
• Certifications: Minimum of 2 from the following – CISA, ISO 27001, CISM, CISSP
• Demonstrated experience with cyber policy implementation and cyber operations support
• Strong background in developing and implementing GRC strategies within regulated environments

Qualifications:

• Fluent in Arabic with strong communication skills, both written and spoken
• 10+ years of experience in Cybersecurity GRC, with a proven record in Saudi Arabia
• Certifications: Minimum of 2 from the following – CISA, ISO 27001, CISM, CISSP
• Demonstrated experience with cyber policy implementation and cyber operations support
• Strong background in developing and implementing GRC strategies within regulated environments
