Crisis Management Consultant

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Consultant or Consultant with a strong background in Business Continuity Management (BCM) and/or Crisis Management to support an exciting new client engagement. You will play a key role in developing and delivering strategic BCM frameworks, supporting documentation, and engaging directly with stakeholders on-site.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead or support the delivery of BCM and/or Crisis Management engagements.
• Work closely with client stakeholders to understand organizational needs and risks.
• Develop and implement frameworks, procedures, and policies tailored to client requirements.
• Conduct research and analysis to support content creation and strategic planning.
• Write reports, policies, and technical documents with clarity and precision.
• Coordinate document translation processes where necessary.
• Provide subject matter expertise in crisis preparedness, response planning, and recovery strategies.
• Ensure alignment with industry best practices and compliance standards.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in Business Continuity Management and/or Crisis Management (essential).
• Strong background in client-facing consulting roles.
• Excellent written communication and report writing skills.
• Demonstrated ability to develop frameworks, procedures, and policies.
