Data Governance Team Leader

My client is an all-in-one app, Fintech. Based in Saudi.

Seeking a Data Governance Team Leader. Arabic speaking is an advantage.

This role holder is responsible for managing the data governance development activities, operational support, and development activities for a wide variety of solutions and applications which supports key business functions.

Job Responsibilities:

• Develop and run the organization data governance framework and program.
• Assist to manages the data governance program committees, including preparation, document development, and note capture.
• Engages with functional / operational leaders to understand business objectives, challenges, and areas of opportunity for data governance initiatives.
• Aligns with functional business and technology teams to identify gaps, synergies, and suggest process and communication improvements.
• Collaboration with partners with internal and/or external subject matter experts to identify data governance objectives, project parameters, and resource requirements.

Candidate Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Management of Information Systems, or Information Management, or relevant
• Master’s degree is preferred.
• CDMP preferred
• 6 – 8 years of experience in relevant industry
