Oracle Fusion/OCI Project Manager

Location: Dubai, UAE (with frequent travel to Riyadh, Saudi Arabia)

Contract Duration: 6 Months (Extendable)

Start Date: Immediate

We are seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion / OCI Project Manager to lead a high-profile cloud transformation program across the UAE and KSA. This role is based in Dubai, with frequent travel to Riyadh, and will play a pivotal part in delivering a successful implementation and migration of Oracle Cloud solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the end-to-end implementation of Oracle Fusion Cloud Applications (e.g., Finance, HCM), from requirements gathering to system configuration and testing.
• Drive the planning and execution of Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) migration strategies, ensuring robust, secure, and scalable deployments.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to optimize Fusion-OCI integrations, resolve performance issues, and maintain high system availability.
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and risks to ensure smooth delivery and stakeholder satisfaction.
• Serve as the primary point of contact between business stakeholders, technical teams, and implementation partners.

Ideal Candidate Will Have:

• Proven experience managing Oracle Fusion Cloud (ERP, HCM) implementations and OCI migration projects.
• Strong understanding of Oracle architecture, integration frameworks, and cloud deployment best practices.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to operate in dynamic, multi-country environments and travel frequently between Dubai and Riyadh. (Travel to Riyadh will be covered)
• PMP or similar certification is a plus.
