PMO Project Manager – Infrastructure & Mobility Projects

Type: Contract for 12 months – can be extended

Role Overview:

We are seeking a highly experienced and motivated Project Manager to lead and oversee infrastructure and roads projects aligned with a major urban mobility strategy in Riyadh. The successful candidate will play a key role in implementing PMO standards, managing complex stakeholder engagements, and ensuring the timely and high-quality delivery of critical infrastructure initiatives contributing to the client’s long-term transformation and connectivity goals.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (required).
• Professional Project Management certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent).
• Minimum of 8 years of combined experience in engineering, consultancy, and project management.
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Excellent presentation and reporting capabilities.
• Proficiency in project management tools such as MS Project or Primavera P6.
• Demonstrated success in managing large-scale civil infrastructure or transportation projects.
• Solid background in working within or in close collaboration with a Project Management Office (PMO).
• Must have experience in KSA
• Language skills – Arabic and English Fluency

Key Responsibilities:

• Define and apply a robust project management methodology aligned with the organization’s PMO framework.
• Lead the implementation of PMO tools, processes, and governance standards across mobility and infrastructure projects.
• Oversee the planning, design, and execution of road and infrastructure projects as part of a broader urban development strategy.
• Monitor and control project scope, schedule, budget, and quality to ensure successful outcomes.
• Proactively manage risks and issues, implementing mitigation and resolution strategies as needed.
• Deliver detailed and data-driven quarterly progress and performance reports to executive leadership and key stakeholders.
• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, government bodies, and other partners to ensure alignment and progress.
• Ensure compliance with local regulations, environmental standards, and urban development policies.
