Director of Business Intelligence

About the Role

You will be responsible for designing the BI strategy across multiple entities. Leading a high-performing BI team, oversee the development of scalable data architectures. Ensuring the successful delivery of dashboards, data models, and insights that support business growth and operational excellence.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the BI strategy, architecture, and operations for multiple entities.
• Manage a team of BI developers and analysts, driving agile, high-impact delivery.
• Collaborate with business units to gather requirements and deliver actionable insights.
• Design and implement scalable data warehouses and semantic models.
• Oversee dashboard development using Tableau and/or Power BI.

Qualifications:

• 6+ years in business intelligence, data warehousing, or analytics roles
• Bachelor’s in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (Master’s preferred)
• 3+ years in a leadership capacity managing BI teams
• Proven hands-on experience with Tableau or Power BI
• Strong knowledge of data architecture and cloud data platforms (e.g., Snowflake, Azure, Databricks)
