Our client: UK-based consultancy firm specialising in delivering custom business application solutions across sectors.

Role Overview: As the first Business Development Manager on the ground in the Middle East, you will play a pivotal role in establishing and growing the brand in the region. Your expertise in business development, client relationship management, and market analysis will be crucial in driving strategic objectives and achieving significant growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities across the Middle East with a focus on the UAE.
  • Develop and implement effective business development strategies to achieve company objectives.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, clients, and partners.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscape.
  • Collaborate with the UK team to align local strategies with global goals.
  • Represent the firm at industry events and networking opportunities.
  • Prepare and present proposals, reports, and updates to senior management.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in business development, preferably within the Enterprise Technology Services sector.
  • Strong understanding of the Middle Eastern market and business culture.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and drive results in a new market.
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities.
