We are supporting a fast-growing technology services company in their search for a Sales Operations Specialist with a focus on Pricing. This is a pivotal role designed to strengthen commercial strategy, support the sales organization, and drive revenue growth through data-backed pricing decisions and streamlined sales operations.
You’ll work closely with senior commercial leaders to shape pricing models, lead commercial analysis, improve operational efficiency, and contribute to the overall performance of the sales function. Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic, data-driven pricing frameworks to optimize win rates and profitability
- Analyze market trends and competitor offerings to support commercial decision-making
- Create and maintain pricing models, deal-structuring tools, and commercial guidelines
- Support and participate in price and contract negotiations, ensuring internal alignment
- Track and analyze sales performance metrics; deliver insights to guide revenue growth
- Collaborate with sales leadership to streamline and improve sales processes and forecasting accuracy
- Introduce and maintain real-time sales dashboards and performance reporting
- Identify, implement, and manage sales tools to improve team productivity and efficiency
- Monitor SLAs related to sales operations and take proactive steps to ensure compliance
- Contribute to sales onboarding, training, and enablement content development
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and knowledge sharing within the commercial team
What We’re Looking For:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering or a related discipline (Master’s degree is a plus)
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in Sales Operations, Commercial Management, or Sales Enablement
- Strong exposure to pricing strategies, commercial analysis, and forecasting
- Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to translate data into strategic actions
- Proven experience driving process improvements within commercial or sales teams
- Strong communicator with a collaborative mindset and cross-functional working style
- Comfortable navigating a fast-paced, evolving commercial environment
