SAP Fieldglass Consultant

Salt is working with a global IT Services Provider who is urgently looking to urgently hire and experienced SAP Fieldglass Consultant in Riyadh. This is an exciting opportunity to work on high-impact SAP implementations and support initiatives for major clients across the region!

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver end-to-end implementation and support of SAP Fieldglass modules, including Contingent Workforce, SOW, and Worker Profile Management.
• Configure and manage Fieldglass master data, rate structures, connectors, and reporting tools.
• Lead Fieldglass integrations with SAP S/4HANA, SAP Ariba, and SuccessFactors.
• Provide day-to-day Level 2/3 support and handle incident resolution.
• Drive continuous service improvements and automation initiatives.

Required Skills & Experience:

• 10+ years of SAP MM/Fieldglass experience, with 1-2 full lifecycle implementations.
• Strong expertise in Fieldglass Admin Console, Configuration Manager, and Reporting.
• Hands-on experience with integration of SAP and non-SAP systems.
• Proven ability to solve problems analytically and communicate effectively in dynamic environments.
