ServiceNow Consultant

Salt is representing an established ServiceNow Elite Partner who due to growing customer demand are looking for experienced ServiceNow Consultants!

About the role:

This is a pivotal role in delivering innovative ServiceNow solutions for our clients where you will be responsible for analysing business needs, designing tailored solutions, and ensuring successful implementation across various ServiceNow modules. This is a client-facing role that requires a strong understanding of ServiceNow best practices and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of experience working with ServiceNow
• Proficiency in at least two additional modules, such as ITOM, CSM, or ITAM.
• Strong expertise in configuring and customizing ServiceNow platforms.
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• ServiceNow certifications are highly desirable.
• Willingness to travel as required for client engagements.
• Arabic speaking is highly preferable
