Senior Scrum Master – SAFe | Agile

UAE-Dubai Contract / 12 Negotiable

SENIOR SCRUM MASTER – DUBAI – 12 MONTH CONTRACT (Extendable)

Our client are a global business going through large scale transformation projects. They are looking for a Senior Agile Scrum Master on-site to lead large technical scrum teams.

This role is initially a 12 month contract, but is highly likely to be extended longer term due to project demands

  • Exceptional communicator with experience leading large scrum teams (software developers, architects, analysts)
  • Experience working with large international businesses, using Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe)
  • Ability to drive forward scrum teams to deliver on critical projects
  • Experience backed up with certifications in SAFe, Agile, Scrum etc
  • Technical background is preferred (software development ideally)
  • Fluency in English is essential
