Providing service to customers and stakeholders about different products, services and systems
Phone and email correspondence – providing excellent customer service
Support with website support
General office admin when needed

Administration support to internal staff and visiting staff
Maintain customer records and files

Who are you?

Experience in working in a contact centre preferred

1-2 years of experience in administration

Organised, an excellent multi-tasker and communicator
