Our client is a project management consultancy that builds environments and infrastructure for people, places, and technology. Their services span strategy, consenting, design, construction, and maintenance of the commercial, infrastructure and residential sectors.

About the role

Being the “go-to” person in the office you will enjoy the variety this position offers! No two days are the same! You will oversee the office and help with the day-to-day administrative tasks. Some of what you will do will include:

  • Building rapport and relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Office facility administration – coordination of repairs and maintenance
  • Providing administration support to the wider team
  • Purchasing office, IT stock and kitchen supplies
  • Vehicle fleet management
  • Booking travel requirements
  • Health and Safety support including monthly report

About you

This Office Administration role in Takapuna is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is a “people person” and enjoys building relationships with people across the business. You will enjoy working within a team environment but are also confident enough to work on your own. To be successful in the role you will need:

  • Office administration experience
  • Strong customer focus with an ability to build rapport with a wide cross-section of people
