Temporary Receptionist role in a corporate environment needed to start at the end of July. This assignment will be for 2 months in a well-known company based in Auckland central.

What tasks will you be doing?

  • Greeting clients – being the first face they see when they arrive!
  • Answering phone calls
  • Setting up meeting rooms
  • Stock orders for the office
  • Typing and other administration involved

You will be:

  • An experienced receptionist
  • Excellent at multi-tasking and communicating skills
  • Approachable, flexible, and take initiative
  • Someone who can solve a problem before it arises
  • Also have a full drivers license to sometimes to deliveries – this is essential
