East Tamaki Temporary / 6 Months NZ$37 - NZ$40 per hour

Our client is a leader within their field in the dynamic healthcare industry. You will be working in a successful team, support a Senior Executive and wider team (yes, you’ll love juggling a few things at once!).

WHAT WILL MY DAY LOOK LIKE?

It’s safe to say no two days will be the same, however, duties will include:

  • Diary and email management for senior manager
  • Book travel and accommodation
  • Prepare draft correspondence, presentations and reports
  • Coordinate events and conferences
  • Process invoices and raise purchase orders
  • Take meeting minutes
  • General team admin and support
