Job Responsibilities
· Provide general and administrative support for our benefits and wellbeing programs. This includes but is not limited to health, retirement, time off and perks.
· Respond timely to benefit and wellbeing queries from Employee Resource Center (ERC) and escalate as needed.
· Work closely and build great working relationships with various stakeholders both in the region and globally.
· Enroll and terminate employees from benefits on a monthly basis
· Provide insights and analysis of the various benefit programs
· Build engaging and impactful PowerPoint decks to inform key stakeholders of new benefits, benefit changes, etc
· Work closely with the Darwin team for change requests, website changes, testing the site and upcoming renewals.
· End to end organization of Wellbeing events and benefit education sessions in the region.
· Participate in local benefits/wellbeing surveys
· Ad hoc project work – Example of projects include implementation of new pension scheme, parental leave policy reviews, vendor evaluation, executing wellbeing strategy, etc.
Qualifications:
· Minimum Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
· Minimum 5 years of Compensation & Benefits experience, preferably with regional experience handling Benefits topic
· Experience in leading a change effort and managing communication with management level
· Strong analytical skills, experience in drawing insights from multiple / complex data
· Strong communicator and team player
