Salt is hiring a Regional Sales Manager responsible for leading one of the Sales programs in APAC with an aim to drive better advertiser experience and higher ROI. The role will involve scaling levers to better understand advertiser needs and deliver higher advertiser value and business growth. The successful candidate will have responsibility for sales delivery functions including lead generation, Go to Market coordination, frontline communications, customer perspective and sales innovation.

Responsibilities

· Management of vendor operations against program KPI’s, to meet and exceed operational and productivity metrics

· Provide regular feedback on program progress and program communication to internal teams, including tracking and reporting on KPIs

· Make data-informed decisions to drive performance, resource allocation and juggle competing priorities

· Drive projects in areas of customer experience and sales growth

· Work effectively in highly collaborative environment with cross-functional partners

Minimum Qualifications

· 5+ years’ experience working with sales, digital marketing, consultancy, advertising or technology

· Experience with end-to-end execution and driving wide cross functional collaboration

· Experience working with and building relationships with Small and Medium Businesses, external sales and marketing partners, or Advertising Agencies

· Analytical thinker with experience working with data concepts and principles

· Critical-thinking and problem-solving experience

· Experience prioritizing and focusing on driving growth

· BA/BS degree
