Marketing Data Analyst

Salt is looking to hire a Marketing Data Analyst for a 12 months extendable contract role, here you’ll work closely with the Innovation Team to improve the quality and velocity of work across your team by acting as a lead Analyst

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate technical understanding and comfort in working independently with technology.
• Manage resolution of project-related technical issues, self service configuration and engage with Engineering to develop solutions.
• Structure, organize, clean up data in a sophisticated manner to drive data analysis and reporting.
• Work with different teams to develop and deliver hiring projects or improve existing tools / processes

What Will You Need:

• 4+ years of experience of relevant program management. Experience dealing with data sets used for data-driven decision making.
• Knowledge of managing Marketing Campaigns analysis.
• Experience with C++, Python and/or SQL.
• Ability to self-start and direct work in an unstructured environment.
• Experience managing and improving software engineering processes.
• Comfort dealing with ambiguity.
• Ability to effectively influence and communicate cross-functionally.
