Product Growth Specialist (Vietnamese)

We are hiring Product Growth Specialist in Singapore for a Social Media client on a yearly renewable contract role. The ideal candidate is passionate about international market success and has relevant experience in product management for consumer products and mobile technology.

Job Description:

• Provide local insights and local knowledge about digital advertising – identify strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats relevant for the success in Vietnam.
• Explore, identify, and execute on growth opportunities.
• Ensure the applications are fully functional and well adapted to be successful in Vietnam market.
• Partner with the analytics organization to validate key findings with data.
• Escalate to and drive solutions with product management for identified market specific product issues and gaps.
• Design and oversee local execution of a continuous testing plan for important end-to-end flows.
• Track progress of market specific product improvements and measure impact
• Leverage usability studies, research, and market analysis to drive market specific product insights into execution.
• Understand the strategic and competitive position in the region and work to improve it.

Qualifications:

• Must have experience in working on digital advertising role.
• Experience working in global companies and abroad (communication, collaboration) with understanding of global product life cycle.
• Need to have an experience influencing and often selling
• Strong digital product and business background is a plus. Can consider PMM experience too.
• Product background mostly focused on business instead of consumer products.
• Insights on Monetization – needs someone who is more heavily focus on advertising monetization (more from a solutioning standpoint – eg. how to pitch back to the product teams).
• Preferred Vietnamese speaking as the role covers Vietnam market.
• Preferred at least 5 years of product management or product marketing or digital advertising industry.
