Our client is a global technology business that builds software products to solve industry challenges. With a team of 20 developers, our client is looking for a technical lead to be the leader figure in the team.
About this role:
Being a bridge: As a Technical Lead, you’ll be bridging the gap between senior leadership and the team of developers. This is your chance to showcase not only your technical skills but also your business acumen. You will dive deep into the business objectives with the stakeholders and translate them into actionable technical requirements for the development team.
Problem-Solving Champion: Demonstrate your problem-solving skills and ability to think outside the box by overcoming complex software issues head-on. You will be report directly to the Head of Technology and together, you both can tackle on some technical decisions and champion certain best practices.
Hands-On Development: Lead by example as you dive into development works in an agile environment and being a guide to the development team.
Collaborative Synergy: Collaborate with cross-functional teams including data, product, marketing, and sales.

What you’ll need?
- Proficiency in NestJS and hands-on experience with Kubernetes are must-haves for this role.
- Familiarity with Flutter for front-end development will be advantageous.
- Previous experience working in a similar Azure cloud environment would be highly beneficial.
