Our client is looking is a Creative Director who will lead and inspire the team to deliver groundbreaking brand experiences that captivate audiences and drive measurable results for our clients.
Main Duties:
- Lead by example with award-winning, cutting-edge creative and strategic thinking.
- Overseeing the creative output of key Projects & Clients in the business.
- Nurturing and maintaining key client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Undertake project leadership responsibilities (including creative, administrative, and presentations within the brief).
- To ensure client strategies, proposals, and new business activity are supported with the highest creative standards and pitch-winning ideas.
- Understanding the fast-paced, high-stakes nature of American events and experiential marketing, where flawless execution and adaptability are key.
- Familiarity with major US event markets and their unique logistical and cultural considerations.
- Interrogate creative briefs, then define and clearly communicate this to the creative team. Defining the output on the brief, including spotting opportunities that may not be clearly mentioned.
- To have and share a knowledge of ‘latest’ creative and industry trends and techniques to keep our work cutting edge and stimulate a more creative spirit/culture within the agency’s office environment.
- Understand what makes ideas successful and work with internal teams to deliver against the project KPIs. Execute across a wide range of output: from concept development, visual research, mood boards, storyboards, comping, and building decks, to designing layouts, guiding edits/retouching, and art directing final integrated campaign toolkits.
- To ensure consistent and effective communications between senior stakeholders on all projects.
- Interpret, understand, interrogate a client or internal creative briefs, and implement autonomously or as a leader of a creative team.
- Proactively looks for areas they can add value and suggest new and improved processes to support the team. Ability to analyze and communicate the creative output in relation to timelines and budgets and managing or communicating time effectively and raising any concerns.
- To be proactive within the company and creative team to preempt or identify issues and provide solutions. Providing clear briefs and feedback.
- To have a good knowledge of cultural and technological advances and trends.
- To demonstrate a desire and willingness to increase professional responsibilities, skills, and understanding of broader market issues.
