Content Producer – Canadian English

Our client, a global innovator in technology and user experience, is seeking a Content Producer with native-level fluency in Canadian English to deliver culturally resonant and accurate content for local audiences. The role involves collaborating across teams, ensuring data quality, and contributing to cutting-edge projects involving machine learning and user experience design.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Design, Product, Editorial, and Engineering teams to define and meet project goals.
• Evaluate, research, and verify content and metadata across various media types.
• Conduct quality assurance tasks, including editing, proofreading, transcribing, and copywriting.
• Develop and manage workflows to maintain high-quality content and improve processes.
• Provide feedback and communicate recommendations to cross-functional teams.
• Contribute to projects involving Large Language Models (LLMs), including human evaluations and automated benchmarks.

Qualifications

• Native-level fluency in English for the Canadian market with expert linguistic and cultural knowledge.
• 2+ years of experience in content production, quality assurance, or related fields.
• Strong project management and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Docs, and familiarity with HTML/XML.
• Strong problem-solving and research abilities.
• Knowledge of LLM evaluation techniques and experience in data collection or machine learning projects is a plus.
