We’re hiring on behalf of one of the world’s most iconic tech brands, known for its flawless integration of product, design, and user experience. Their in-house content studio is seeking a Production Design Systems Specialist to streamline workflows, optimize tooling, and support large-scale production design operations across static and motion asset creation.

This is a high-impact role that sits at the intersection of design, technology, and production. You’ll be working closely with creative producers, infrastructure teams, and content designers to define workflows, identify bottlenecks, and shape scalable systems and tools to improve efficiency, automation, and design quality.

What You’ll Be Doing

* Act as a key link between production, creative, infrastructure, and engineering teams – ensuring tools and workflows align with high-volume art production needs.

* Collaborate with the Frameworks Lead to gather insights from the production team, mapping end-to-end workflows and identifying bottlenecks or areas for improvement.

* Audit current systems and processes, proposing and implementing changes that boost efficiency or design quality.

* Champion new tooling or automation opportunities that align with the human production design process.

* Maintain and enhance the team’s digital asset management (DAM) system – including metadata models, taxonomy, user access provisioning, and standard naming conventions.

* Create written documentation, workflow diagrams, training materials, internal comms, and walkthrough presentations.

* Onboard and train production designers and content creators on new processes or systems.

* Contribute to the design and upkeep of project management systems and maintain quality control over production design standards.

* Partner with creative technologists to align emerging tools and technologies with business strategies.

* Monitor production workflow risks and escalate issues where appropriate.

* Lead the creation of tools that support the review, archiving, and delivery of content assets.

* Design communications to educate teams on process updates and operational best practices.

What You Bring

* 5+ years of experience in design operations, systems design, workflow optimization, or similar roles – preferably in a creative or production-driven environment.

* Expertise in defining large-scale production design workflows across static and motion content.

* Deep familiarity with Keynote, Numbers, and Pages – bonus points for experience customizing these tools for production environments.

* A systems thinker who can balance automation with the nuanced needs of a human-centric creative process.

* Strong cross-functional collaboration skills, with experience working alongside creative, engineering, and infrastructure teams.

* Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex systems for non-technical stakeholders.

* Comfort working in fast-paced, ambiguous environments with shifting priorities.

* Hands-on experience with digital asset management systems (DAM), including taxonomy design, user access provisioning, metadata handling, and archival protocols.

* Detail-oriented and highly organized, with the ability to independently troubleshoot process or system challenges.

* Confident presenting updates, recommendations, and process changes in group settings.
