We’re currently recruiting for an Associate Producer to join the Content Design Resources team at a leading tech company. The focus of this position is supporting the development of both internal and public-facing content, with a strong emphasis on design guidance and the music space.

This is a central role that bridges creative and operational efforts. You’ll be responsible for keeping timelines aligned, deliverables organized, and communication across teams clear and efficient. It’s a fast-moving, highly collaborative environment that values structure without sacrificing creativity.

What You’ll Do

• Work closely with program managers and creative leads to align priorities and manage timelines
• Track milestones and ensure timely delivery across design, copy, and UX content
• Maintain accurate project trackers, asset lists, and schedules
• Coordinate internal reviews and feedback across cross-functional teams
• Help streamline creative operations and content workflows

What We’re Looking For

• 3+ years in project coordination, production, or creative operations
• Deep understanding of creative workflows and content production processes
• Highly organized with experience managing multiple timelines and priorities
• Comfortable using asset management and project planning tools
• Strong communication and collaboration skills

Nice to Have

• Experience working on large-scale website or product launches
• Passion for music, media, or creator-focused platforms
• Familiarity with working alongside artists, labels, or branded content initiatives
