This is a unique chance to be part of a dynamic, creative, and multidisciplinary team responsible for delivering high-impact campaigns and innovative marketing projects.

What you’ll do

• Manage the end-to-end process of creating marketing assets for major go-to-market initiatives.
• Coordinate deliveries across Product, Design, Marketing, and Business teams, ensuring alignment on priorities, deadlines, and creative direction.
• Lead reviews, document decisions, remove obstacles, and ensure all stakeholders are informed and aligned.
• Maintain attention to detail without losing the bigger picture of timelines and workflows.

Who you are

• A highly organized, detail-oriented, and results-driven professional.
• An effective communicator, capable of leading meetings and reviews with cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders.
• Collaborative and able to balance multiple workflows in an agile and fast-paced environment.

What we’re looking for

• 6+ years of experience producing digital projects or managing creative operations/deliverables at an agency or global brand.
• Proven track record of managing creative deliverables for large-scale activations.
• Strong project and deadline management skills.
• Ability to create efficient processes and implement them consistently.

Preferred qualifications

• Experience with SaaS or B2B products.
• Familiarity with lifecycle marketing for web or subscription services.
• Experience in complex, highly matrixed organizations.
• Keen eye for aesthetics and global creative standards.
