The Performance Marketing Manager will design and execute media strategies that drive customer acquisition and retention. • Apply a growth hacking mindset, constantly experimenting to uncover new opportunities.

If you have

• 7+ years of hands-on paid media experience for digital apps or web products in e-commerce or marketplaces.

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or equivalent practical experience.

• Proficiency in platforms like Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, and campaign networks.

• Skilled in tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and Branch.io/Appsflyer.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach.

• A growth-focused mindset with the ability to spot and act on business opportunities.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across diverse markets.

• Self-starter attitude with the ability to own challenges and deliver solutions independently.

• Familiarity with generative AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Cursor) to streamline workflows and boost productivity.
