Marketing Producer

We’re looking for a Marketing Producer to help bring innovative, high-impact marketing initiatives to life. In this role, you’ll work at the intersection of creativity and organization – partnering with teams across Growth, Media, Creative, and Marketing to align priorities, streamline workflows, and ensure projects are delivered on time and on point.

What You’ll Do

• Drive alignment on campaign priorities, timelines, and deliverables across multiple marketing teams.
• Manage forecasting, schedules, trackers, and documentation to keep projects on track.
• Coordinate and lead meetings, distilling key takeaways for clear communication.
• Spot opportunities to improve processes and workflows.
• Handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.

What You Bring

• 5-7+ years in project, program, or operations management.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work with all levels of the organization.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to juggle multiple priorities.
• Confident decision-making in fast-moving situations.
• Experience with project management and productivity tools such as AirTable, WorkFront, OmniPlan, Wrike, and Keynote.
