We are partnering with a high-growth global technology company within the AECO (Architecture, Engineering, Construction, and Operations) sector to hire a Vice President of Global Demand Generation. This senior-level marketing leader will drive the company’s global demand strategy-developing and executing programs that generate pipeline, acquire new customers, and accelerate expansion within existing accounts.
This is a highly strategic and operationally focused role, reporting directly to the Chief Marketing Officer. It requires deep experience in digital marketing, field marketing, revenue generation, and cross-functional leadership.
Lead, mentor, and scale a high-performing global demand generation team focused on net-new pipeline growth, cross-sell/upsell, and retention.
Own the global pipeline target; develop and implement multi-channel campaigns to drive awareness, engagement, and conversions.
Manage key digital channels, including paid search, paid social, SEO, email, content syndication, webinars, and virtual events.
Develop and execute field marketing strategies tailored to regional business goals in close collaboration with sales leadership.
Oversee execution of global events strategy to increase brand visibility, deepen customer loyalty, and generate leads.
Build and implement a scalable Account-Based Marketing (ABM) framework aligned to sales goals and high-value target accounts.
Partner with channel/partner marketing teams to drive joint pipeline generation efforts.
Implement a culture of experimentation and optimization across all marketing programs to improve ROI.
Foster strong alignment between marketing, sales, and GTM functions to accelerate pipeline velocity.
Collaborate cross-functionally with brand, product, and content teams to ensure consistency and market relevance.
Monitor campaign performance using data analytics and optimize based on insights.
15+ years of experience in enterprise B2B SaaS or technology environments, ideally with a global scope.
Proven success leading demand generation at scale, with ownership of global pipeline goals and direct impact on revenue.
Experience across a wide range of channels, including digital, ABM, events, and field marketing.
Deep understanding of go-to-market strategy, sales alignment, and marketing performance metrics.
Highly analytical, with strong fluency in tools like Excel/Google Sheets, and experience in budgeting, forecasting, and OKR tracking.
Exceptional stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
Experience in high-growth, fast-paced environments with a bias for action and results.
Excellent communication, presentation, and leadership skills.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field required; MBA preferred.
