A high-impact global B2B organization is seeking a Vice President of Global Demand Generation to lead pipeline growth and marketing strategy execution across multiple regions. Reporting into the Sector CMO, this role sits at the intersection of strategy and operations, managing a global team and driving scalable demand generation programs that align closely with sales, product, and go-to-market teams.

This is a highly visible leadership role, ideal for someone with a strong mix of analytical capabilities, cross-functional collaboration experience, and a proven track record in leading enterprise-scale demand generation programs.

This role is 3 days per week on-site in either Colorado or Oregon offices, please get in touch to understand more about the locations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and grow a high-performing global demand generation team focused on pipeline creation, new customer acquisition, and expansion across existing accounts.

  • Own pipeline targets and work with marketing leadership to define growth plans, channel strategies, and performance analytics.

  • Manage key digital channels including SEM, paid social, SEO, webinars, sponsorships, and integrated campaigns.

  • Build and execute regional field marketing strategies in close partnership with sales leadership to drive measurable revenue outcomes.

  • Oversee large-scale events and activations to enhance brand awareness and generate leads.

  • Develop and execute outbound and account-based marketing strategies aligned with sales goals.

  • Partner with the alliances/channel team to deliver co-marketing programs and drive partner-influenced pipeline.

  • Foster a test-and-learn culture focused on continuous optimization of channel performance and ROI.

  • Drive alignment between marketing, sales, and other GTM teams to ensure cohesive execution and shared success metrics.

  • Align global and regional teams to market needs and adapt campaigns to capitalize on emerging opportunities.

  • Collaborate with content, brand, and product marketing to ensure cohesive messaging across all touchpoints.

Requirements

  • 15+ years of progressive experience in enterprise B2B marketing, business development, GTM strategy, or related fields within the tech or SaaS space.

  • Strong grasp of demand generation strategy, revenue marketing, and customer lifecycle marketing.

  • Proven leadership of high-performing global teams in a matrixed organization.

  • Deep understanding of modern digital channels and ABM frameworks.

  • Strong financial acumen, with experience managing marketing budgets and performance tracking (OKRs, KPIs).

  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills across senior and executive levels.

  • Proficient in project management tools and collaboration platforms (e.g., Asana, Monday, Google Suite).

  • Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or equivalent experience is a plus.
