Our client, a rapidly scaling global tech company in the digital commerce space, is seeking a Senior Performance Marketing Manager to lead the strategy and execution of online paid media campaigns across multiple channels and markets.
This is a high-impact opportunity for a hands-on digital marketer who thrives in fast-paced environments and enjoys working across global teams. The successful candidate will own performance across major ad platforms and work closely with regional stakeholders to drive user acquisition and engagement at scale.
This role can be fully remote within the U.S., but may require regular travel to Austin, TX.
Key Responsibilities
Own the performance and optimization of all online media channels, including Meta, Google, TikTok, and affiliate network campaigns.
Develop and implement digital media strategies that support user acquisition, retention, and growth goals across multiple countries.
Partner with local marketing teams to develop localized campaign planning, execution, and creative adaptation.
Analyze campaign and product data to identify insights and actions that improve ROI and growth.
Manage media budgets and ensure effective spend across platforms.
Lead experimentation and growth hacking initiatives to uncover new performance opportunities.
Use marketing tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Appsflyer or Branch.io to track and report performance.
Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders and adapt strategies to different cultures and markets.
Leverage AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Cursor) to optimize workflows and drive efficiency.
7+ years of hands-on experience in digital paid media, ideally within an e-commerce, app-based, or digital marketplace environment.
Strong command of major performance channels including Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, and partner networks.
Proficiency with analytics and attribution tools such as Google Analytics, Appsflyer, and Branch.io.
Proven track record in managing large media budgets and delivering measurable business impact.
Highly analytical with a data-driven mindset; able to translate metrics into growth strategies.
Experience working across international markets and navigating cultural nuances.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Self-starter mindset with the ability to work independently and drive initiatives from concept to execution.
Demonstrated experience using Generative AI tools to enhance campaign execution and performance is a strong plus.
