Internal Events Program Manager

12-Month Contract | Local to Cupertino – Remote | US Based

Our client, a global leader in technology and innovation, is looking for an Internal Events Program Manager to join their Retail Engagement Marketing and Merchandising team. This role is perfect for someone with experience planning and delivering internal events such as meetings, workshops, and conferences for employees and stakeholders.

In this position, you’ll ensure that events and programs are inspiring, engaging, and aligned with broader business priorities. You’ll be responsible for creating thoughtful content and experiences tailored for a global audience, while working across the business to drive meaningful impact.

Beyond event execution, you’ll also cultivate relationships with key stakeholders, manage communication plans, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and interact with executive-level leadership.

We’re seeking someone with strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, executive presence, and hands-on experience in event management and vendor relations.

Key Qualifications:

· 3-5 years of experience in marketing, PR, events, and/or internal engagement.

· Strategic mindset with the ability to balance creativity and practicality.

· Solid project management experience with strong stakeholder management and deadline delivery.

· Excellent communication skills with the ability to thrive under pressure and work effectively as part of a team.

· Exceptional attention to detail, with the ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment.

· Experience working with international teams.
