Salt is partnering with a consumer tech company who is hiring a Marketing Manager for CRM + Lifecycle. This is a permanent, full-time role based out of ATX or remote.
The role + resposibilities:
- Lead large scale CRM initiatives from ideation to execution by analyzing consumer insights/trends
- Collaborate with product teams to meet shared KPIs on product utilization, match, retention, etc., i.e. driving awareness and utilization of new products, optimizing existing communications, launching new communications and workflows
- Own and optimize 20+ existing lifecycle & behavioral campaigns through managing journeys, content, and continuous testing
- Develop and execute lifecycle marketing journey and one-off campaigns across all channels (email, push, SMS, in-app, site) to drive retention
- Create and manage the end-to-end process for campaigns across email, site, and app with segmentation and relevant, dynamic content
- Write strategic briefs for multi-channel campaigns by leveraging insights from past campaigns and customer behavior
- Partner with CRM product experts, business unit product managers, and engineers to get new customer behavior data from the core platform into the marketing automation system that allows for more personalized campaigns
- Collaborate with brand designers and copywriters to deliver top-notch inspiring messaging to customers
- Design a robust A/B testing and experimentation roadmap that uncovers key insights about customer segments and turn those learnings into meaningful KPI improvements
Your experience + background:
- 5+ years of Lifecycle, CRM or email marketing experience and end-to-end campaign management; from ideation to execution
- Background in customer acquisition, re-engagement, and retention strategies
- Track-record of success building and iterating customer workflows that drive impact w/ quantifiable results
- You thrive in an agile environment; you’re curious and inquisitive and can readily learn new marketing solutions
- A strong project management background; experience collaborating cross-functionally
- Experience with reporting, A/B testing, targeting, and segmentation, and analytics
- Experience working within marketing automation software (i.e. Iterable or Monetate) to build complex targeted marketing campaigs
- BA/BS required
