Email Production Specialist

3-Month Contract | Santa Clara Valley – Hybrid | Global Consumer Tech & Entertainment Brand

We’re hiring on behalf of a world-renowned tech and media company that has redefined how we engage with music, TV, apps, games, and more. As part of their global CRM team, we’re looking for a detail-obsessed Email Production Specialist to manage high-volume, multi-market email campaigns across various consumer products and services. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives in fast-paced, highly collaborative environments, and has a passion for flawless execution.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Own the end-to-end assembly and production of email campaigns that go out to global audiences across multiple lines of business.
• Manage a weekly workload of 5-8 email campaigns, ensuring accuracy and brand consistency across each one.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with designers, copywriters, localization teams, editorial leads, and international marketing partners to gather and QA campaign assets.
• Build emails using enterprise ESPs like Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Adobe Campaign, Marketo, or similar platforms.
• Utilize HTML/CSS to troubleshoot rendering issues and ensure consistent formatting across email clients and devices.
• Execute rapid content and copy change rounds, ensuring final emails are pixel-perfect and error-free.
• Participate in peer reviews and QA to maintain high standards of quality control across the team.
• Communicate proactively with stakeholders when assets are missing or updates are needed, always keeping timelines in mind.

What You Bring

• 3+ years of hands-on experience producing email campaigns in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
• Strong understanding of email formatting and rendering, with working knowledge of HTML and CSS in the email space.
• Experience with enterprise email platforms such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Adobe Campaign, Marketo, or Mailchimp.
• Proven ability to troubleshoot technical email issues across multiple clients and browsers.
• Experience juggling competing timelines while maintaining high attention to detail.
• A proactive communicator who’s comfortable following up with multiple teams to keep deliverables on track.
• Collaborative team player with strong peer-review and QA instincts.

You’ll be joining a high-performing Email Marketing & Production team that supports over 60 global campaigns per week across entertainment, gaming, news, and subscription services. The team is known for its speed, precision, and collaborative spirit.
