We are looking for a Client Marketing Manager to build and execute a go-to-market strategy across our GEO client portfolio. Key Responsibilities
Create marketing programs that drive cross-sell, referral, and accelerated growth opportunities for the business across our existing client base
Collaborate with client service, sales, marketing, and product teams to optimize engagement opportunities across the entire client life cycle
Partner with the financial team to build and refine client life cycle model
Identify opportunities to improve potential friction points throughout the client life cycle via marketing programs
Devise a strategy and implement a Client Advocacy Program
Develop a deep understanding of the relevant client user personas and their challenges
Manage KPIs and analysis across client marketing initiatives
A creative and innovative eye for creating client marketing initiatives
Skill Requirements
7+ years of combined experience in a B2B marketing role with at least 3 years of experience in a client-focused role
Expertise around B2B sales and client life cycles, as well as client marketing best practices
Impeccable attention to detail
Extremely strong verbal and written communication & presentation skills – feeding back your ideas and findings to the wider team is integral!
Analytical skills to determine effectiveness and ROI of client marketing programs
Demonstrable knowledge and experience with Google Analytics, Marketing Automation Tools, Salesforce, and client marketing technologies
A track record of working cross-functionally, including with sales and client service teams
We move quickly – so you’ll be expected to be a fast-learner, action-orientated, and hold yourself accountable to deadlines
Strong work ethic and integrity that complements your ability to work independently
A curious learner with a desire to grow professionally and personally
